How to read this history

Changes count only between adjacent checked observations no more than 24 hours apart with comparable terms. Gaps, corrections and changed requirements interrupt comparisons. A zero count does not mean the rate stayed unchanged. The range describes recorded snapshots, whose terms may differ.

These are historical observations. The current review status, official sources and latest terms appear in the account reference. Promotions and qualifying APYs are excluded from this ongoing-rate history.
