Terms

Effective October 24, 2026. Terms for using High Yield, reader accounts and the community.

These Terms of Use govern the High Yield website at highyieldsavingsaccounts.net and its connected reader accounts and community (the Services). MOMENTUM FI LLC, based in Pennsylvania, operates the Services. In these Terms, we, us and our refer to MOMENTUM FI LLC, and you refers to the person using the Services.

1. Agreement and eligibility

Please read these Terms before using the Services. By creating an account, posting content or expressly accepting these Terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use interactive features. Community accounts are available to adults worldwide who are at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. You must also comply with laws that apply where you use the Services. Availability of the website does not mean a financial product is available in your country.

2. Educational information and professional advice

Our articles, comparisons, calculators and discussions provide general information. They are not personalized financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and using them does not create an adviser-client, attorney-client or fiduciary relationship. Consider your circumstances and consult a qualified professional when you need individual advice. Discuss personal legal questions with an attorney qualified to advise you.

3. Banking information, rates and calculators

We do not open or service bank accounts, hold deposits or execute financial transactions for you. Rates, fees, eligibility and product availability can change. Our comparisons cover a selected group of products rather than every available account. Source dates and review labels describe our recorded checks; they do not guarantee that a bank's offer remains unchanged. Confirm current terms directly with the institution before acting.

Calculator results depend on the inputs and assumptions shown and are estimates, not promised earnings. A link, listing or reference to deposit insurance does not guarantee that your particular funds qualify. FDIC insurance covers eligible deposits subject to its requirements; it does not insure a nonbank company's failure. Contact your bank directly for account access, transaction problems or a banking complaint.

4. Accounts and security

Provide an email address you control and keep account details current. You may use a public display name that differs from your legal name, but must not impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation. Protect passwords and recovery codes, use available security features, and report suspected compromise through the contact form. Do not share or sell your account, use another person's account without permission or create accounts to evade a restriction. You are responsible for your own actions and actions you authorize through your account.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Services for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, threats, hateful abuse, impersonation, scams or misleading promotions. Do not post material that infringes another person's rights, reveals confidential information or contains malware. Do not publish passwords, security codes, bank account numbers, identity documents or private financial records, including another person's information.

Do not bypass security or access restrictions, interfere with the Services, overload systems, harvest personal information, send spam or evade moderation. Automated access must respect access controls, published restrictions and reasonable request limits. Bulk republication or commercial extraction of our content requires permission unless applicable law permits it. Honest criticism and good-faith reports of problems are welcome; these Terms do not prohibit lawful consumer reviews or good-faith security reports that do not exploit or disclose another person's data.

6. Our content and intellectual property

We or our licensors own the rights in our original articles, design, software and branding. You may read, link to, print and save reasonable copies for personal, noncommercial use while retaining attribution and rights notices. Other use requires permission unless permitted by law or an applicable license. Nothing here restricts fair use, rights in facts or public-domain material, or rights granted under an identified open license. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners; displaying them does not imply endorsement.

7. Your posts and other submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit and must have the rights needed to share it. For public contributions, you give us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute within the Services and format or moderate that content to operate the Services. Service providers may exercise those permissions only on our behalf for those purposes. This license does not transfer ownership or authorize selling your posts as a separate content product.

Public posts can be read, quoted, indexed and copied by others. Account deletion may leave anonymized posts for discussion continuity as described in the Privacy notice. The license lasts while we retain the content for those purposes, including restricted backups and records retained under that notice or applicable law. We cannot recall copies held independently by others. Private contact messages are handled under the Privacy notice, not licensed for public publication. If you send a voluntary suggestion, we may use the suggestion without payment or attribution; this does not give us ownership of your underlying work or permission to disclose a private message.

8. Discussions and moderation

Community posts express their authors' views. We do not verify every statement, credential or recommendation. Private messaging is disabled. We may edit, move, restrict or remove content and warn, suspend or close accounts to enforce these Terms, protect people or systems, comply with law or manage the community. Automated spam and trust controls may assist this work. We do not promise to monitor every post.

Use the contact form for moderation questions or appeals. Include the discussion link and explain the decision you want reconsidered. An appeal receives a fresh human review; an independent appeals panel is not provided. Where practical and lawful, we will explain significant restrictions. Urgent safety, security or legal issues may require action before notice.

9. Copyright and other complaints

Report suspected infringement or other unlawful content through the contact form. Identify the material and its location, explain your rights or concern, and provide a way to contact you. We may request information needed to assess a complaint and may remove or restrict material while reviewing it. We may close accounts responsible for repeated infringement. Do not submit knowingly false complaints. This reporting process does not replace a notice method required by applicable law.

10. Third-party services and commercial relationships

Links may lead to banks, advertisers or other services with their own terms and privacy practices. Your dealings with them are between you and that provider. We do not control their decisions, performance or security. Where a financial relationship could affect how you understand a link, placement or recommendation, we will disclose that relationship with the relevant content. Such a relationship does not guarantee approval, eligibility, product performance or suitability. These Terms do not replace those specific disclosures.

11. Privacy and communications

The Privacy notice explains how we handle personal information, public posts and account requests. We may send necessary verification, security, account and service notices to the email address you provide. Creating an account, contacting us or accepting these Terms does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Newsletter signup and unsubscribe choices remain separate. Optional community notifications are managed through the preferences available in the community.

12. Availability, changes and fees

We may change, pause or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where practical, except where security, law or circumstances outside our control require faster action. We do not guarantee continuous access or that particular content will remain available. These Terms do not authorize us to charge you a fee. Any future paid service will require a separate description of its price and terms and your agreement before a charge.

13. Closing an account

You may stop using the Services and request account closure through the contact form. We may restrict or close an account for the reasons described above or if we discontinue the service. Closure does not remove privacy rights or require us to erase records that law permits or requires us to retain. Public-post anonymization, identifying-content review and backup expiry follow the Privacy notice. An account-closure request does not automatically unsubscribe you from a separate newsletter; you may request both actions.

14. Warranty disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Services and their content are provided as is and as available, without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. We do not warrant that information will always be complete, current or error-free, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or free of harmful components. This disclaimer does not remove any guarantee, remedy or protection that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

15. Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by law, MOMENTUM FI LLC and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from the Services, including lost profits or business opportunities. Our total liability for claims arising from the Services or these Terms is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to our fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. If your local law provides a mandatory remedy or a different liability standard, that protection remains available.

16. Responsibility for third-party claims

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse us for reasonable losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, from a third-party claim caused by your intentional misuse of the Services or knowing violation of another person's rights. This obligation applies only to the extent you are legally responsible and does not cover our own wrongdoing. We will notify you promptly of such a claim, allow you a reasonable opportunity to participate in its defense, and obtain your consent before a settlement imposes an admission or obligation on you.

17. Pennsylvania law and disputes

Pennsylvania law governs these Terms, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would select another jurisdiction's law, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Subject to the protections below, disputes concerning the Services or these Terms must be brought in the state courts in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, or, when federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. You and we consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

These Terms do not require arbitration or waive participation in a class action. Nothing here removes a consumer protection, a right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction, a restriction on where we may sue you, or another right that applicable law does not permit an agreement to override. You may contact us to seek an informal resolution, but doing so is voluntary and does not replace legal deadlines or required notice procedures.

18. Updates to these Terms

We will identify the effective date when these Terms are first published and update that date when they change. Material changes will be announced through the website and, for account holders, by email or a prominent account notice before they take effect where practical. Changes will not retroactively govern an existing dispute. If renewed agreement is required by law or the nature of a change, we will obtain it before applying that change to you. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the affected features and request account closure if desired.

19. General provisions

These Terms and any additional terms you expressly accept for a particular feature form the agreement for that use. The Privacy notice describes personal-information handling; these Terms do not override it or authorize new data uses. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it for the future. You may not transfer your account or this agreement without our consent. We may transfer the agreement with a genuine sale, merger or transfer of the Services, subject to applicable law, the Privacy notice and your existing rights. Provisions concerning retained content, accrued claims, liability and disputes continue after closure where their purpose requires it.

20. Contact
