Editorial standards

Our sourcing, attribution, review and editorial independence standards.

Evidence and attribution

We distinguish a legal bank from its consumer brands and products. Account rates are observations with source evidence and timestamps; tier conditions, balances, fees and eligibility matter. The curated catalog is a sample, not the whole market. Original publication dates remain distinct from substantive review dates.

Review and commercial disclosure

Harlan Landes is the accountable editorial owner. Source capture does not approve a rate or publish an article. A checked rate expires after 24 hours and bank identity checks after 30 days. Stale, pending and future observations do not enter current APY rankings.

Funding and editorial independence

At launch, High Yield has no affiliate or referral revenue, paid advertising, sponsored content or paid placements.

Payments of any kind, now or in the future, will not affect our rankings, placement, reviews or other editorial content.

If we introduce advertising, affiliate links or other commercial relationships, we will clearly disclose them and keep paid promotional material separate from editorial content.
